Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and product availability. Most international orders typically arrive within approximately 4–12 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to eligible destinations displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. VAYLÉA Beauty cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by VAYLÉA Beauty.
